When creating a booking with Sorella & Co you are agreeing to the terms stated within our booking policies listed below..
All pricing stated is to be used as a guide only as prices vary dependent on the exact service requirements including stylist level of experience. All prices are subject to change should services require extra time or product. For accurate pricing details an in person consultation is required.
A non-refundable booking fee may be requested to secure your appointment - in the event you need to reschedule / cancel an appointment a 48hr notice is required, failure to provide this will result in a 50% charge - any booking fee’s paid will be used towards the 50% cancellation fee.
Sorella & Co does not offer refunds under any circumstances however on the unlikely occasions that you’re unhappy with your service with us, adjustment appointments will be provided if truly required within a two week period following your appointment. The adjustments will be provided by the same artist. Beyond this two week period adjustments will be full price.
